ADMISSION TO SECONDARY
DHIU enrolls only intelligent and talented students aged below 11½ who have completed/ are completing their five-year primary education provided at formal schools and recognized local Madrasas. Admission to the university campus/ affiliated colleges is based only on merit and intellectual potential of students that are evaluated through standard oral and written entrance tests. This is because, DHIU believes that only bright and intelligent students will be capable to pursue the extensive curricula adopted by DHIU. The calls for applications are made in the Arabic month of Sha'ban every year, while the entrance tests are held in the first week of Shawwal. The University offers a continuous stream of twelve-year course, starting from Secondary until Post Graduation. Therefore, it does not allow fresh admissions to higher levels.
Instructions for Applicants
Keep a soft copy of the student's passport-size photo (not exceeding 300 KB).
You must know the student's name, house name, date of birth, panchayat where the birth certificate was issued, father's/mother's name, occupation, guardian, relationship with guardian, full address, phone number, two identification marks, mahallu, madrasa recognition number, public exam register number, marks if the public exam was passed in the previous year, name of the school, and class completed.
Keep the mark list handy if the 5th standard public exam was passed in the previous year/school year.
Option: Which institution under the Darul Huda syllabus the student wants to join after passing the test. Here, options 1 to 5 can be given in order of preference. It is advisable to select the maximum number of options.
Exam Center: The center where the student will write the admission test.
After filling all columns, ticking the consent form, and pressing the continue button, the previously entered data will appear on the screen. After ensuring the accuracy of the information, press the submit button and your form will open as a PDF. Download this form and print it on both sides of an A4 paper.
You will also get a third page containing instructions. The remaining procedures must be completed in a timely manner as stated therein.
